The essence of wine and food matching is pairing food with wines to enhance the dining experience. Matching food and wine often depends on your personal tastes but there are many tried and tested pairings that are a good place to start. 

We are happy to answer any questions that you may have about our wines and will offer guidance on the ideal wine to serve. 

Shaw Family Vinters also holds wine and food tasting session four times a year where we match a selection of our wines with food from a local producer. These are ticketed events so numbers fill fast. However, don't worry as we will give you plenty of notice on Facebook, or by email if you are registered on our newsletter list. If you are not registered you can do so right now on this website.
