The Shaw Family’s ongoing quest for quality fruit for their wines led them from the red earths of McLaren Vale to a region of complementary flavour and taste synergies, traversing the Mt Lofty Ranges to Currency Creek. Emetior recognizes this journey.
Tasting Notes
Lifted violets, vanillin and chocolate notes on the nose. Full bodied palate, ripe plums, prunes & spice up front with savoury, earthy characters layered beneath, which persist through to the supple, fine velvety tannins and trace of black pepper on the finish. Cellar potential 7+ years.
