Navigation is the story of getting from here to there and the Shaw Family as part of their journey are proud to bring you this Barossa Valley Shiraz as a fine example of what can be achieved when you keep your eyes on the stars. The Barossa Valley is one of the oldest and most iconic wine regions in Australia and home to the oldest Shiraz vines in the world dating back to 1843.
Tasting Notes
The wine is skilfully made using fully ripe, beautiful flavoured and finely balanced Barossa Valley Shiraz grapes. The grapes are fermented and macerated on skins for 10-14 days. Following gentle pressing and settling, the wine was matured in French Oak The result is a wine that is incredibly full bodied, richly textured displaying ripe black fruit, spice and earthy flavours.
